Positive: fantastic apartment with super views. Amazing swimming pool and very quiet. Close to Estepona town, with €5 to €8 ride if you dont want to drive to town. Quiet complex.
Negative: The reception manager is very rude. He took a while to speak to us when we arrived at the reception, as if we weren't there and during the stay we got many unfriendly and unwelcoming looks while we passed by reception. When we left, he gave out to us because we didn't bring the sheets etc to the laundry! They should be happy doing this after all that we paid for a week. He also gave out to us because we hadn't removed the bins from the Mar Azul complex!! He said that we should have taken the rubbish outside, across the roundabout outside the Complex!! (there wasnt a lot of rubbish since we ate out a lot during the holidays - we left our rubbish bagged and ready to be taken away). There were no instructions on this, and again after what we paid, you would think they would not ask us to take care of laundry or bins... The swimming pool was outstanding, The toilet facilities in the swimming pool were not kept in great conditions. Finally, when we checked out, the manager wasn't available and one of the cleaners had to help us with this (taking the keys), and finding our 20 euro deposit that we had to take back for the property keys. We are not impressed at all with the reception manager, he was our only downside to our stay.
